my planner


自從上年開始接受療程,
我的planner便改變過來。
每週只有星期三、四是清醒,
於是把所有東西都堆在這兩天做。
這種生活的循環,算得上effective,
(星期五至二,專心休息;星期三、四,復活,就似一個柸麵。)
可是,太令人沮喪。
再加上前陣子知道療程要延長半年...(加長的原因也不很濟...)

幸好,有新藥!爭取使用新藥!不要做柸麵!

Add oil!
Play more with keroro and his friends, take more 'breakfast', read more comics, go out to play together, and you will feel much better!
